another classic original 1957 lp on blue note, no. 1577. label says blue note records 47 west 63rd NYC. again, i'm not an expert on these blue notes but i believe this is a deep groove press. this is easily a nice vg that plays great with just some occasional moderate surface noise and a few pops and clicks here and there. the music plays with excellent fidelity and clarity. another chance to get a rare classic jazz lp at a bargain basement price. the jacket is vg with edge and corner wear but the front slick is real nice. there is a tear on the right edge of the back cover that slightly interferes with the liner notes.
