Description
this is a nice copy of the first press of elvis christmas album. gatefold cover with pictures inside. front and back are really nice, no wear at all on the front and just avery small spot on the back near the bottom. the booklet inside is near mint. there is wear on the spine which is very common with this lp. the previous owner has reinforced the spine with clear scotch tape. not too bad! there is some light rubbing on the bottom edges and a split of about i inch near the opening. has light rubbing and a few small nicks on the top edge and a split of about 1/2 inch at the top near the opening. grade cover solid vg+ because of the tape on the spine otherwise would have graded higher jacket is very solid. vinyl is nice and glossy. side 1 has just a few light marks, easily vg++, side 2 has a few more marks than side 1 but still looks great, grades strong vg+. labels have a few light spindle marks. has an original rca inner sleeve that has darkened with age and is partially split on the bottom. RECORD SOUNDS GREAT. plays very quiet. this record is 49 years old. there's not many better copies out there. side1-santa claus is coming to town, white christmas, here comes santa claus, i'll be home for christmas, blue christmas, santa bring my baby back. side2-oh little town of bethlehem, silent night, peace in the valley, i believe, take my hand precious lord, it's no secret what god can do.
