I bought both the Lp & tape from the Estate of a former executive in the record industry.

CONDITION of LP:
 VINYL: NM   / COVER: VG++

CONDITION of TAPE: I didn't want to take the chance of playing it as I don't know the proper way.
The tape is not on an actual reel I didn't want to take the chance of playing it on my reel to reel .
I have no reason to believe the tape is not as written on the back of the sleeve as pictured.  The tape appears in fine condition.
I must confess to ignorance about the way this tape is boxed without a reel as I've never come across one before.  Someone emailed there are only 4 tracks written on the back so perhaps it is only t cuts. I don't know. 
I'm hoping this is sold to someone who knows how to get it on a reel properly. If it turns out something is wrong with the tape I'll give a fair partial refund. I will work with the buyer on price but don't expect a refund if the tape is mishandled.
I will  give a reasonable refund on part (not all) of the cost of the tape above the value of the Lp. I'll  base the value on an on line average of sales of the Lp .
I only see 2 sales of this Lp on line. One sold for $30 the other $122
 I AM  REPRESENTING THIS TAPE  AS WHAT  I HAVE WRITTEN ABOVE    (Sheesh!  I'm thinking I should've just auctioned the album)

VG++: A hair under near mint may have just a very few visual marks that should not affect sound. Any defects will be very minimal.

VG+ :  Used but not abused.  Most likely visual imperfections.  May or not be sound defects but unless you are a perfectionist audible defections should only slightly diminish your enjoyment.

VG : Many only surface lines or may have 1 or more small scratches .Background sound can at times diminish listeners enjoyment but by no means ruin the record . Cover defects will be noted.

VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it. Cover has some damage that will be noted.
