This is a rare and hugely collectable A2 B2 matrix 1st ever UK press of the great DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. These Solid Blue triangle pressings were the 1st ever variant and taken off the market almost immediately, being released in extremely small numbers. Finding a Complete UK A2 B2 press in this wonderful condition is very rare indeed and makes this a very special chance to own a genuinely rare collectors pressing in amazing condition.
LABEL PRESS DETAILS:
ULTRA RARE 1st A 2 / B 2 Matrix Press - with the iconic SOLD BLUE triangle with fade white border and 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' text.
The record plays with staggering power, great audio with minimal interference to distract from the enjoyment of this great record. There is hardly even any surface or static noise between the tracks. Even at the end of 'Time' and the run in to the 'Great Gig In the Sky', it is clean, crisp and rich.
The label is in nr. mint condition
The vinyl side one is almost nr mint. there is one 14mm hairline surface mark otherwise top class
Side two excellent plus plus with the slightest hairline wisp 10mm
Cover is excellent with wear signs on edge but no stickers or writing
