Description
The Pink Floyd "The Piper at the gates of dawn" SCX6157 original very early pressing highly sought after original columbia blue on black with silver text album, the cover is the flip back laminated design printed and made by Ernest J Day & co ltd london, there is very minimal edgewear with legible spine no rips see photos as this helps with description, this comes with the original inner sleeve with the 16 album illustrations inner sleeve in fantastic condition no rips writing stickers ect. the vinyl plays through without jumps there is the odd static click so could do with a pro-clean there are play hairline scratches to be expected for a 50 year old album, this has the matrix text YAX3419-1 & YAX3420-1 with G at 3 oclock and 1 at 9 oclock on both sides, the labels are both in very good conditio again no writing or stickers side 1 has the K T tax stamper, this has the blue columbia magic notes and bold blue columbia above the spindle hole, also above the spindle hole is the text "sold in the UK subject to resale price conditions, see price list" remember you are bidding on a 50+ year old much sought after album by The Pink Floyd as they were know as back in the Syd Barrett era, If you are bidding from abroad please note that postage will be more expensive, so please ask for a postage quote sadly i can not post to North Korea or The dark side of the moon
