Printed in U.S.A.     Cover is in VG+ condition -STILL SEALED. Still has original promo stickers on the front side of factory shrink. Remains of price sticker upper front side middle of shrink. All corners lightly bumped. Plastic shrink torn 1" back on the upper left top and bottom corners of the shrink. Inside of the shrink 1" up from the bottom has some slight staining, looks to be on the inside shrink side only not cover. Please see photos.
