Description
released in late May 1963. Shortly in advance of its release, Dylan was to appear on "The Ed Sullivan Show," but its producers didn't like "Talkin' John Birch Blues." Instead of changing what he was going to sing on the show, Dylan instead declined to perform. After this happened, a decision was made to change the songs on the record. this record does not include those songs that were removed from the album, but they are still listed on the front cover. track list on the cover includes 'solid road' 'let me die in my footsteps' 'gamblin willie' and 'talkin' john birch society blues' none of which are on the album
cover is in excellent condition, just a slight line of wear along the spine front side, and the bottom edge is a little worn with slightly creased corners, can be seen in the photos and you can see how slight I mean
the record itself is also in excellent condition, infact it looks pristine with the exclusion of 4 or 5 very minor scratches that wouldn't come close to affecting play, the labels even barely have a spindle mark
