The 5 WILLOWS doo-wop 45 ORIGINAL Herald pressing
LAY YOUR HEAD ON MY SHOULDER b/w
BABY COME A LITTLE CLOSER The vinyl is VISUALLY Graded VG, with a small finger felt gouge toward the end of the a-side vinyl that causes a jump over of one groove, and a few clicks afterward. There's minor heat damage to the vinyl that's more visible on the b-side (BABY COME A LITTLE CLOSER), but it's not audible except as some minor clicking for awhile in the middle of the b-side track, followed by a slight increase in the surface crackle during the killer honking sax solo that's also briefly audible during the instrumental break right before the song fades out.
This is the original pressing with Machine Stamped matrix numbers in the "dead-wax" runout grooves - see our photos.
