* SLEEVE - A SUPER COPY AS THE THIN CARD FULLY LAMINATED 1st PRESS SLEEVES ARE SO FRAGILE. YOU'LL PROBS NEVER FIND ONE THIS NICE! ANY FAULTS ARE VERY SLIGHT & comprise: light 'curling' of the opening edges of the sleeve, a 1/2" / 12mm long thumb ding tear to the front edge & some very slight feathering/wear to the opening edges; very slight age yellowing to white areas of the sleeve, & a small crease across the left hand bottom corner. THE PINCHED SPINE IS NEAR PERFECT AS IS THE SPINE TEXT. THE SLEEVE STRICTLY GRADES AS A VERY STRONG EXCELLENT (EX) towards EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+)
* DISC - THE DISC IS IN SUPER CONDITION WITH LOADS OF GLOSS & NO OBVIOUS SPINDLE MARKS TO THE LABELS. IT LOOKS HARDLY PLAYED. - Under a very bright light a small number of very fine handling/paper scratches only are present. - Note: To the second track on each side both of which are ballads ('Jezebel' & 'Wedding Bells') the disc has a small feelable 'pimple' to its surface - an orig manuf flaw, which can be found on vinyl of this age. On my record player S.1 track 2 plays through fine with NO problems at all whilst on S.2 track 2 I heard 3 very slight quick 'noises' (DEFO NOT a click or jump sound, just a bit of 'bass') where the pimple is played over. I've tried to show these in 2 of my pics but it's well nigh impossible cos each pimple is only 1mm / 1/25" in diameter. BOTH SIDES OF DISC PLAY GREAT & SOUND GREAT, there is a bit of light crackle in places. BOTH THE LABELS ARE BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN & UNMARKED. THE DISC VERY STRICTLY GRADES AS EXCELLENT (EX) towards EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+)
DISC COMES IN AN ORIGINAL POLY LINED 'Take Care of Your Records' PAPER INNER SLEEVE. THIS IS SLIGHTLY AGED BUT NO SPLITS etc. INNER GRADES AS A STRONG EXCELLENT (Str EX).
