• The gatefold opens to 25" x 12½" and features Jerry Schatzberg's striking color portrait of Bob Dylan. Spine wording is "66012 Bob Dylan / Blonde on Blonde."

• There are nine black-and-white photos on the inside, including the one of Claudia Cardinale, which was evidently used without her permission and is not used on later "Blonde on Blonde" albums.
• 
  
  
• Song titles are printed in the upper margin. The lower margin has a list of musicians and the note:  "Recorded at CBS Studios, Nashville, Tennessee."
• 
  
  
• The two original CBS Records inner sleeves are also printed in orange, like the labels on the LPs, and include listings of some CBS stereo albums, across a range of genres.
• 
  
  
• Condition:  The records are in excellent, barely played, near-mint condition, with no spindle wear and no hiss, bumps, marks, scratches, or signs of handling. The laminated gatefold album is in very fine condition, with strong corners, no edge wear, and a couple of faint indentations. The paper inner sleeves have creases in the corners and no marks or writing. One has a small triangular piece missising from the upper edge. Please see the scans and feel free to ask any questions.

• Footnotes: Jerry Schatzberg's color photo of Bob Dylan was reportedly taken on a freezing cold day in the winter of 1966 on the far West Side of Manhattan. During the shoot, Schatzberg’s hand’s were shivering and some of the images were blurry. Dylan picked one of the blurry ones for the cover for what has become one his most iconic albums. The inside photos include the one of Claudia Cardinale that was used without permission. Her representative threatened to sue, so it only appears on the earlier pressings. The photo in the upper right hand corner of the woman whispering in Dylan's ear was also removed from later pressings.
