Here's an original pressing Psychedelic Promo 45 by The Tears on Onyx label # 2201.Songs titled Rat Race on one side with the song People Through My Glasses on the other side.I believe these two songs were supposed to be released on the Scorpio label a year or two earlier but I don't believe they ever were as I've never actually seen one on Scorpio.Both of these songs are featured on the CD titled The Scorpio Records Story.The Rat Race side of record has multiple very light fine scratches caused by scuffing and not an actual needle.Has some light non feelable scratches and also three 3/8th inch long feelable scratches which don't seem to affect play.Has some scuffing which is mostly light.Some more than light but none feelable.The worst condition issue is a pretty noticeable pitting crater on trail in area next to edge Please see picture.Also near same area is three to four smaller pitting spots which touch first 3 or 4 grooves.This pitting area which includes the small crater causes 2 short static noises only.Then the song begins and plays very nicely all the way through until very end where there's a few ticks.Some wear on grooves but still has lots of nice looking shine.Also has some staining on label Please see picture.The People Through My Glasses side has several very light scratches also probably caused by scuffing and not a needle.Also has some light non feelable scratches and ten feelable scratches.Most of the feelable scratches are small.Also has some scuffing which is most noticeable near trail in area near edge and also one feelable scuff on trail off area which touches last few grooves.Also has some other scuffs.Has some tiny pit spots.First 1/3 of song has a little more wear on grooves than second half of song.This may be why this side plays with a noisy static the first half of song.Music is louder than static noise but static noise can definately be heard.Not sure if static noise is caused by groove wear or something else.Second half of song plays plays better.Has a few ticks at end of song.No skips.Has groove wear.Still has good shine.Also has some staining on label.As with all records I sell if buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund.
