SUPER RARE and sought for good reason 1970 ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING, major vinyl collectible ...even around 20 years ago collectors were paying three figure sums for a copy -- totally rare and very little seen ...is a real psych & prog treasure with totally unreleased tracks by then unknown psychedelic garage bands with hopes to become...and a couple did ...Still you can get these tracks ONLY on this album ....

Includes the legendary hard psychrockers "TAC POUM SYSTEM", their sound is rave-up high energy rock with lots of fiery guitar and psychedelic effects including megaphone voice in long long track...then the legendary PULSAR, before their first album with mellotron backdrop heavenly cosmidc prog psych...even the rough edges they have are appealing...next up ANGE, the theatrical psych prog greats, but this is before they had an album deal and their sound is awesome, raw and full of inspiration, they attack....

The three bands that follow never made it past this album stage but that did not mean they were not without merit. Great underground prog-psych garage sounds with swervy keys & echo guitar : ABSINTHE ...THE MOONLIGHTS ....and...ABRACADABRA ... IN all the 5 bands displayed at the GROOVY POP SESSIONS are ALL the kind of sounds collectors hope to find, be for sure..

1970s French live recording at the Golf Drouot club by "Abracadabra ; Absinthe ; Ange ; Moonlights ; Pulsar and Tac Poum Systeme". It has been sold only twice over the last few years and its a must for any fan of psych/prog.
