Vanguard VSD 2150 Weavers "Reunion" & Vanguard VRS 9161 Weavers "Reunion Part 2"
VSD 2150 is on TAS "Baker's Dozen" list!
This "Buy it Now or Best Offer" listing is for two Vinyl LPs which are Vanguard VSD 2150 Weavers "Reunion" and
Vanguard VRS 9161 Weavers "Reunion Part 2". Complete song titles and for both albums can be seen in the images.
These two LPs are highly desirable original issues and the first LP (VSD 2150) is listed as one of the "Baker's
Dozen" titles on Harry Pearson's Superdisc List from The Absolute Sound Magazine. This is why Weavers "Reunion"
is considered to be one of the Best of the Best when it comes to recording material content and the quality of the
vinyl pressing itself.
I've owned these discs since the 1980's and I honestly don't recall whether or not I played them. If I did, neither
recording was played more than twice and then put into storage. I've taken almost fanatical care of my records
and these records are no exception. They have always been stored upright and in a dust free, cool and low
humidity environment. I am conservatively grading them in Excellent (EX) condition. These records may be considered
Near Mint (NM) or even Mint (M) by other record collectors. I'm grading the Jackets and Liners as in Very Good (VG) condition overall.NOTE: Inside the top right corner of the jacket half for album VRS 2150, there is an "E" inside a 1/2" circle stamped
in black ink. Both the VRS 9161 jacket and liner have a hole through their left, lower corners. While it does not look
like a typical manufacturer's cut-out, it could be one. Both of these issues are shown in the images.
