AFFINITY “Self Titled” (UK Vertigo 6360 004) rare original UK 12” vinyl album, featuring 7 tracks, released inside a matt card gatefold sleeve in 1970.

Label: clean white paper with black text; iconic swirl design side A - Excellent
Record: nice shine and gloss; light surface marks nothing deep – a decent VG+
Inner Sleeve: original poly lined white paper flip back with iconic swirl design both sides; flat and clean with no writing, rips or tear; one edge has 4inch seam split; brown ageing - VG+
Outer Sleeve: flat clean matt card gatefold fold with no writing; heavy wear on all corners; mild wear on top edge, heavier wear on bottom edge with one 3inch seam split; opening edge is still quite flat with some wear/fluffing; spine is quite solid but has edge wear and some cracking; one 2” scuff rear cover; VO Price Code rear top right corner – overall a decent VG+
