HAWKSHAW - GRANGE HILL Theme from the BBC TV Series b/w DELUXE - STONED. 45rpm 7" RED VINYL DISC On BBC RECORDS RESL64 STEREO UK SINGLE 1978. ORIGINAL FIRST PYE UK (Matrix: RESL 64 A-1 <> MB / RESL 64 B-1 <> MB) BBC RECORDS PRESSING WITH BBC SLEEVE. Condition: VG+(light storage wear)/VG+(light surface marks, light spindle wear).  

Original Pye Records issue of the stereophonic original soundtrack Music from the BBC TV Series "Grange Hill" composed by Alan Hawkshaw first titled "Chicken Man" when issued on the Themes Library Music album. Was also used as the theme to early series of the British quiz show "Give Us a Clue" from 1978-1981. 

Only the first Pye Records pressing will change colour from black to translucent red when held under light!
