The cover is in excellent condition, only showing slight signs of wear/storage.
Immaculate vinyl.
Not the original inner sleeve(s) but V.R.P. Non-Scratching, Anti-Static, Plasticizer Protective sleeve. Also, with the liner sheet showing minor creases. Also, with damaged Obi.
I have been an audiophile for over 50 years and all vinyl etc lovingly cared for, and since the original purchase perfectly stored on appropriate shelving and in a smoke free environment.
My turntable is not currently wired up (no suitable equipment) and has not been used for over 12 years, therefore other that the look of the vinyl I am unable to comment on the presence of pops/crackles etc. I doubt this has been played for over 30 years.
Recently a sold album was rejected by the purchaser because of a musty smell and slight stains on the inner sleeve (the vinyl was immaculate). It was from a series of half-speed masters with their own brand of inner sleeve. A friend has subsequently confirmed the smell with a similar release not yet sold. My sense of smell must be failing me because I could not smell the mild odour, I also cannot often smell the diffuser in my hall. My failing eye sight obviously did not spot the blemishes on the sleeve. My sincerest apologies if I miss any blemishes or odour again. I shall try my best.

I started with Garrard SP25 Mk 2 with Wharfedale Speakers, moving through the likes of Linn Sondek LP12, Transcriptor, Thorens, SME Series 3 arm, Celestian Ditton 44, Yamaha NS 1000, Meridian, Musical Fidelity, and Beard Valve Amp, to name but a few.
The favourite system early 1990’s, Oracle turntable, Fidelity Research Arm, Koetsu Black K cartridge, Mark Levinson Pre (£13K), Mark Levinson Power (£3K), ProAc Studio 3 EBS speakers.
A guy from Meridian came to listen because they were seeking a mid-range unit for a new speaker and he wanted to hear the ProAc. After a couple of hour’s he said that it was one of the best systems he had ever heard, “came to listen to the driver and ended just listening to the music”
In 1987 I started on a wonderful journey, and still going on, collecting Grateful Dead music. Involving over 3000 cassettes, 150 PCM tapes, 300 DAT Tapes and currently 4700 CD’s, after discarding over 800 duplicates. This involved 6 Nakamichi Cassette Decks and 2 Professional DAT machines.
With this commitment I hardly played any vinyl.
