After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. This auction is for a copy of the Beatles LP 'With the Beatles'. This is the rare later pressing with silver / black Parlophone labels with one EMI box
By 1969 the fans were buying Yellow submarine and Abbey Road, and their older albums did not sell nearly as much as they did throughout the 60's, especially the earlier albums. By 1969 to 1971, the short time when this label variation was being used, not many copies sold. Today they're getting increasingly hard to find as collectors realise just how uncommon these presses are!.

The cover is looking pretty clean! The front cover is clean with a little laminate creasing around the edges and spine. The white has yellowed slightly but looks pretty clean. Top and bottom seams are holding tight with no tears or splits. The pinched spine is fully legible and just has a few little laminate creases running through it. There're no splits, tears or damage. The back is pretty pale with a slight more cream to the overflaps. There're one or two very light, tiny dirtspots and a small biro scribble top left. Overflaps are glued tightly. Overall, a decent, respectible copy of this cover. Inner Sleeve : EX+

The inner sleeve has a deep, rich colour to it. It has yellowed a little but the seams are tight with no splits, tears or anything. No writing and very flat bar a little, light creasing around the mouthedge. Overall, very nice inner sleeve! The disc itself is currently being housed in a generic sleeve and not in its original inner.. Disc : EX-

The playing surface has a nice shine to it and just some light, faint scuffing in places. I can't really see anything heavier.

The labels are clean, crisp and clear with bright, silver text and no writing, stickers etc. There's some light spindlewear and a little whitening around each hole, but nothing at all intrusive. Very, very nice labels!.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
