Both sides of this massively rare demo are superb and both lables and vinyl have got to be graded as  EX+, I have never seen a demo in such good condition, I have not played this demo as it looks as it may have never been played!! In my opinion there cannot be a better pressing of this anywhere in the world and it is by far the best record I have sold, the sleeve is EXCELLENT and is the green and white wavy top Parlophone type with the comic strip "Fran the fan" rear.
