Description

BEATLES Let It Be LP box set, first  pressing dark green label, red Apple logo on rear sleeve & white inner, with Get  Back book housed in black card tray ('PXS 1' not listed on package) and rare Apple mini poster. 2-U, 2-U matrixes. 1 OO, 2 GT mothers/stampers.

Let It Be was released by Parlophone as  Apple PCS 7096 on May 8, 1970. The album was packaged in a box (Apple PSC 1)  along with a 164-page book containing photographs by Ethan Russell and text  featuring selected dialog from the film. The album's elaborate packaging  necessitated a high list price that was just under three pounds (59 shilings, 11  pence). Six months later, Let It Be was issued as a standard album without the  book (and priced accordingly) on November 6, 1970.

CONDITION
The outer slipcase is EXCELLENT plus, it has a minimal amount of wear  only, very hard to find like this.
The inner tray is VERY GOOD plus, see pics.
Outer tray is EXCELLENT plus.
Get Back BOOK is EXCELLENT plus, it looks great, no pages missing.
VINYL is EXCELLENT minus with some light surface marks and a couple of  small light scratches. It plays EXCELLENT minus or close with just a bit of  crackle in a couple of quiet spots. Moreover, from time to time there are some  pops audible.
Labels are in an EXCELLENT plus conditions. There are some gentle  scratches near the central hole on the both sides.
COVER is EXCELLENT, it has a couple of minor laminate wrinkles and light  ring-wear seen when angled into light.
White PAPER INNER is EXCELLENT.
Rare and original Apple advertising poster is in superb condition with no  pin holes or tape residue. There is one small crease top right, otherwise  nothing else to mention. A very clean copy of a scarce poster.
