Description

My clearout continues!

I'm now clearing our a batch of classic rock, prog and 60's LPs that I bought in a collection a few years back, a pretty complete collection but I don't really need all the titles. Watch this space for more titles.......

you're bidding for:

BEATLES Sgt Peppers lonely Hearst Club Band UK mono vinyl LP VG+/VG+ 1st? 1/1 with inner & insert

cat: PMC 17027  matrix: XEX 637-1/XEX 638-1

Stampers: 2  M A O     2 M A M

The vinyl is great condition, glossy with loTs of original sheen, grades as VG+ but is very close to EX+. There are 2 or 3 light scuff marks plus fine hairlines on each side but all are very faint and don;t affect play. There is a small mark on the end of Lucy in the sky with diamonds which is just feelable, however I've tested this on 2 players and again it doesn't affect play. Due to this mark however, I've graded the LP down to VG+. Playback is great with fantastic mono reproduction and quiet sections are nice and quiet. The fully lamianted Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve grades as VG+ too and again is towards the top of this grade . It's fully intact with sharp corners and a clear spine, although it is lightly creased along the spine (see pics). There's light rub to the top left corner but other than that very few signs of wear, inside of the gatefold is fantastic and clean and clean from any marks or writing. Both Y&B labels have light spindle wear and grade as EX+ with no stickers or writing. Original red & white paper inner is VC+ with light creases and the card insert is VG+ too.
