Description

My name is Chuck Dukowski. I was the original Black Flag bassist staying until the end of 1983 and an owner of SST Records until the end of 1989. I'm selling a bunch of my rare records and related collectables. This is a super rare (factory sealed) unopened 1990 edition 10" colored vinyl pressing of BLACK FLAG's classic 1981 "Louie Louie" b/w "Damaged I" single. This title originally came out on Posh Boy records a few months before Damaged.  Dez's performance here is amazing. "Who Needs Love when You've Got a gun? Who needs love to have any fun?" Dezo came up with that on the spot at Golden Age Studio in Culver City CA during the Six Pack Sessions. He did several versions, all with different lyrics, and to me this was absolutely the best. After this take I knew we had it.
