Performers ZANITA JAMES, DARLENE PEETE (WHO IS DARLENE LOVE), and ROBERT SHEEN have Signed in the bottom left corner. Contract signed in bottom right corner by DICK CLARK in fountain pen. BOB B SOXX and THE BLUE JEANS were paid $256.50 or $85.50 each. They were paid on Dec. 25th with checks numbered 182 thru 184. Likely guests on American Bandstand to perform their hit song, ZIP A DEE DOO DAH. Producer PHIL SPECTOR was responsible for this groups formation and recordings on Philles Records.
