 BOB MARLEY & THE WAILERS NATTY DREAD Island 78 UK 1st pr Shrinkwrap "Island Records ILPS9281
 Lovely copy with printed inner sleeve. Actual outer sleeve is still shrinkwrapped (opened) & lovely to find like this.  Has a very slight knock to top left hand corner which is very small but sleeve is generally in lovely shape.
 INNER SLEEVE is EX condition, LABELS have a couple of spindle marks,
 VINYL is generally nr EX condition but has 1 slightly noticeable scuff on first track. Scuff is slightly audible but really not too loud at all, otherwise album plays great with a few light surface hairlines on Side 2. 
To be honest could do with a slightly better record as the sleeve is in shrinkwrap & that is where the extra value is.
 Has had a professional clean and has been housed in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve inside the original inner sleeve.

This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable 

fitted with a Goldring stylus,


Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers 

that have superb response and definition on all frequencies.

With a Quad Amp set-up.

 

 For accurate visual grade (like all my records)

This record has been professionally cleaned using an 

Okki Nokki cleaning machine.


First clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and 

finished off with L'art du son / purified water mix.


The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have

 from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.


The L'art du son mix seems to smooth out any 

brittleness in the alcohol water mix.
