UN BIANCO VESTITO PER MARIALE' aka SPIRITS OF DEATH OST Lp by FIORENZO CARPI music directed by BRUNO NICOLAI voices by EDDA DELL'ORSO. Original Italian pressing on the GEMELLI label (GG ST 10.021), from 1975. Stunning original soundtrack score for a cult giallo thriller played-out by debauched / drugged up / disturbed and grotesque looking actors (see back sleeve scan photo above). An Italian exploitation masterpiece with experimental funk / modal-esque bossa / hallucinogenic psych lounge with harp and trippy electric keyboards / drug party scene style psychedelic rock / fuzz distortions / feed-back / drum breaks / cinematic jazz waltz / gothic organ / whispering scat vocals by Edda / beats and menacing basslines. Sinister and trippy compositions with shimmering percussion / treated spinette / zither / harpsichord / cembalo / bowed cymbals and other-worldly metallic sounds. Track for track, easily one of the very best Italian OST scores of the giallo genre on original vinyl. Fabulously 'strung-out' arrangements and orchestrations with a stoned Italian hippie vibe. Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is in shiny, M- condition. Previously unplayed and played once for the recording of the soundclip. Superb production sound. Some light surface noises. The laminated, thick card sleeve with ghostly artwork and original Gemelli sticker is close to M- condition overall with minimal wear. A few dirt marks / rub marks and very light ring wear from storage. One mini 1st layer tear to back sleeve bottom right corner (over the 'n' of Robinson). Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Rare OST Lp!!!
