 Label: Prestige PRLP 7065 - 446 W 50th St, NYC address on label.  
Deadwax: Side A: RVG, O (looks like a horseshoe with opening at top of "O"), PRLP 7065 A Side B: RVG, B, AB, PRLP 7065 B
LP Condition:  Excellent.  Has a few extremely light hairlines that do not effect play. Looks and plays wonderfully.
Cover Condition:  VG+ Has some small writing on back cover.
