'A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
UK 1969 *3rd MONO* PRESSING LP
On the black & yellow Parlophone label - PMC 1230
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' label text carry 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
There is no tax/price code visible on either label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with a small stereo logo.
Complete with original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
Matrix nos: XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N
Stampers: 8/MDL & 8/AHT
Disc weight: 140g

Labels: EXCELLENT +
Visual: Side 1. VERY GOOD + Side 2. EXCELLENT
Both surfaces are bright & clean but display some sleeve-removal surface marks on side 1 but no other significant signs of wear in strong daylight. An occaisional light surface mark is visible under halogen light, but there are no major faults to either side.
Play: EXCELLENT
This copy has received just some careful, infrequent play and is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality. All tracks play cleanly and without any further major faults.
Cover:
VERY GOOD +
This later, thinner card example bears a clean & glossy front panel laminate with just some general light handling & storagewear, but no major faults. The rear panel is clean and white with no marks, writing or missing paper. All the flipbacks are intact, both seams unsplit and the spine is fully & clearly worded.
