This is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 7th pressing STEREO Vinyl LP for The Beatles FIRST UK Album ‘PLEASE PLEASE ME’ this rare issue was the **FINAL** Black & Yellow Parlophone label design, after this issue EMI released the new Black & Silver One Box Label in 1969.

The album is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with P date1963’ & Made in Gt Britain, but **WITHOUT** Sold in UK Label Text.

Official side 1 matrix is YEX 94-1/Side YEX 95-1. Side 1 stampers: 2 MM, Side 2: 1 MD.

The album comes in its correct and ORIGINAL EMI Sepia Printed Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL Garrod & Lofthouse **SMALL- SIZED STEREO** front laminated sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse.

The album plays through without any faults, a great sound quality.

Both record labels are in Mint Minus condition, superb record labels, showing signs of one play only.

Both sides of the vinyl disc are also in Mint Minus condition, the heavy vinyl disc looks new.

The EMI Printed inner bag is in undamaged condition, with just light creasing.

The Garrod & Lofthouse laminated picture sleeve is in Excellent condition, the front panel is CLEAN, BRIGHT& GLOSSY, with a couple of laminate pinches and light record indentation. The spine edge is undamaged and the wording is clearly readable. The reverse panel of the sleeve shows age toning and handling marks, and a small stain near the gate edge.
