Description
The Beatles Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band LP. This is the original UK PARLOPHONE RECORDS MONO press from 1967 (PMC 7027). Complete with unused dark green cut-out insert and original red/white inner sleeve. Labels Have 'Gramophone Co' & 'Sold In UK' text and KT embossed stamp tax code (see pics 3 & 4). Stamped matrices read XEX 637-1/XEX 638-1. the mother and stampers are 4 MAR and 9 ALD.
Vinyl Description:
Vinyl is in NICE condition! Labels are nice and clean but do show some spindle wear. Vinyl is still VERY nice and glossy. Has hairlines and some minor marks... quite a few of the latter - they are noticable, especially under strong light. The record does however, play through nice and cleanly! There is some background noises in the quieter moments but definitely NO other issues to detract from an otherwise nice copy!
Sleeve Description
Laminate gatefold Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is strong and sturdy! NO writing, splits, stains or creases. Spine is still square with print completely legible (see pic 5). Corners are all still square but lower 2 have some minor scuffing. Laminate is completely intact. The rear opening edge has a very small rip (2mm - see pic 6) towards the lower edge.
Inside gatefold is IMMACULATE! Like new!
Has two green cut-out inserts, one has a small pin hole in one corner. Besides the pinhole both seem to be completely unused, nice and flat NO writing, rips, stains or creases - really crisp! (I've only just noticed the second insert as I type so I'm including it in the auction.)
The original red/white inner sleeve is STUNNING! NO writing, rips, stains or creases... again REALLY CRISP!
All in all a really nice complete copy, thats definitely worth anyones shelf space and turntable time!

All records will be sent in a sturdy cardboard mailer with stiffener. The vinyl will be seperate from its sleeve to avoid damage in transit and both housed together in a plastic sleeve. Larger or multiple records will be sent in more sturdier/appropriate packaging.
All vinyl to any destinations will be sent recorded/signed for ONLY. That way myself and importantly you, the buyer are covered for any loss or damage.
