Beatles White album UK 1st Press Mono No 128902 complete in vg/vg-/vg- condition. This is a true find as one of the first 200000 UK copies PMC 7068 xex 709-1, xex 710-1, xex 711-1, xex 712-2!! It has the very rare double flipback sleeve, (not seen on the later copies) and includes the original poster and four photos. The records also have the correct black inners and enter the cover from the top edge. All of the inserts are original! A copy of this classic LP in MONO is very rare!!
The cover is vg condition with no major rips or tears and has a clearly embossed 'The BEATLES' and a strong number stamp No 0128902. There is some significant greying of the spine but no splits.
The LP comes with its original black inners with a hole on one side through which the apple labels can be seen in vg condition with some nicks around the holes exposing the labels but with no major rips or tears
The discs are generally in vg- condition with some marks that do not effect play too much, although there is some occasional audible background noise. Side 1 is the worst effected and is graded as g+. There is a glitch on one track. None of the records skip or jump and the album is still very enjoyable in glorious Mono! This is becoming very very hard in such condition to find and is priced to sell at a starting price of only 4.99 but it is valued in Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide 2008 at £180!
Postage Cost to send a single disc LP in the U.K is £2.75. It will cost £5.75 to send a single disc LP witin Europe and £8.75 for the rest of the world e.g Americas, Asia, Australia. For items with more than 1 disc then please add another £1 per additional disc. The cost of posting a double LP (2 discs) in the U.K will therefore be £2.75 + £1 = £3.75
