THE BEATLES - 'THE BEATLES'
This unique Dutch Book/Record Club compilation (DS 018) dates from 1968 and is on the black & silver Parlophone label: SCBP 1013
It contains high-quality STEREO tracks dating from 1964-1966, including the version of 'All My Loving' with the 'hi-hat' count-in.
Matrix numbers: 12PAL 4184-SM-1 & 12PAL 4185-SM-1
Vinyl weight: 152g
Housed within a front laminated thick card sleeve with pasted-on rear panel.

Both are clean with some light spindle trails & slight wear to the side 2 centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and retain all of their factory shine. There are several light surface marks on side 2 along with some wispy paper-type hairlines in strong daylight, but nothing I would call a scratch.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
This copy has received a moderate amount of careful play on good equipment and the sound-quality is of very high fidelity throughout with no groove/playwear on any track or either channel. In fact, apart from some light vinyl background between tracks, there is little to fault.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A very clean & firm example of this unique cover which retains a clean, high-gloss front panel laminate free from any 'thumbnails' or any other significant signs of wear. There is some shelfwear to the lower corners but both opening edges are undamaged. The rear panel is clean and white and free form any writing, missing paper or any significant blemishes.
Both seams and the spine are unsplit and the spine text is clear and undamaged.
