Terms & Conditions
- All records are visually graded (under a 60 watt light) and play graded and sold AS IS. Please refer to our grading scale to obtain the condition of the record you are bidding on. We know that grading can differ from person to person, so please read our scale carefully because we do stand firmly by our grading. The grade stated will represent the record 100%.
- We will combine shipping on numerous purchases. If you start bidding on new auctions without paying a past do purchase your bids will be removed until you pay the previous balance. We hope to receive payment ASAP in order to ship your item(s) in a timely fashion. We follow eBays rules when it comes to unpaid items. We ship once a week.
- Our refund/return policy differs from item to item. In general, we will absolutely give full refunds INCLUDING the buyers initial shipping costs in any case of factual mistakes, oversight, or accidental misrepresentation on OUR part (not because a buyer regrets bidding so high). The buyer however must first return the SAME item to us fully intact. If an item was sold STILL SEALED it will need to be returned STILL SEALED to receive a full refund. No refund will be given for postal damage during shipment to, or returning from buyer. Refunds will not be given on the basis of subjective disagreements over the grading of an item. We will let the images and facts we state speak for themselves, and withhold as much as possible the subjective assessment of quality.
- Buyers may want to consider additional shipping insurance.
- Remember, the cheaper the shipping the longer the delivery wait, so please take in to consideration the day your auction ends, the delivery distance and the days we ship. International shipping that is not First Class Priority can take 1-2 days longer due to the fact that First Class Priority is the only way paypal offers international shipping from the U.S. So please consider. If there are any shipping problems on our behalf the buyer will be notified via eBay. Please refrain from paying until you receive an invoice. We will combine shipping on numerous items and invoice you after your last active auction.
- By bidding you understand and agree to all terms and conditions stated above. Feel free to contact us via eBay with any questions you might have.
Buyers Beware!!! We’ve had reoccurring problems with shipping to France and Switzerland due the lack of tracking updates in those regions. So please remember that if the tracking states that a package has not left the U.S. this may be to fact that the customs department in those regions failed to update current tracking information.
Don't let this piece of history pass you by.

Year - 1974

Record Condition - VG++/NM- (Just some inner sleeve dust.)
Comments: This record is a complete mystery. No one really knows anything about it. ApparentlyChristopher David company was a New York collective lead by Christopher David who was a performer in the
original musical "Hair". He majored in percussion at the University of Rhode Island and it shows on this record, the whole thing is loaded with drums especially the track "Hair Medley" (check out the sound clips). The breaks just don't stop on this record. It is a very small private pressing seems that was probably never released commercially and maybe only sold at shows. What ever the case may be there aren't many of these around. I've never seen another copy any where, EVER!! I hate letting it go because I know I'll never find it again, but it's time that it finds another home. So good luck & don't sleep on this Holy Grail!!
Grading as follows:
Still Sealed / SS: Still factory sealed.
Mint: Perfect in every way with no signs of wear.
NM: Very clean, only a few light marks and/or finger prints if any. Good gloss and plays great.
VG+: Played and handled with care. May have slight ring wear or discoloration. Plays and looks nice with no or minimal surface noise. Labels may have writing, tape, or stickers.
VG: Well played record had many surface marks. May play with surface noise but sound quality is still good with no skips.
VG-: A bit rough with many scratches and groove wear (grooves may be turning white). May have significant surface noise but no skips.
Good: Has many, many scratches and has lost most of its coloration (grooves may be turning white and labels may be fading a bit with writing, tape, or stickers). Playing quality varies from record to record.
