Space Oddity / RCA LSP-4813 / 1972
MEGA RARE Uruguay pressing housed in an exclusive promotional jacket. APSA Uruguay, the pressing plant in charge of the RCA releases during the 70's, gave this one to a local dj as an advance copy. In front of jacket there is a submission note from the APSA / RCA promotional department (Sec. Difusion), showing the pressing plant address & phone, number of delivered copy (Nº 127), date and name of both dj and his radio station show. Labels have demo banners & ink stamps saying that the present copy is a Promotional Copy - Not For Sale , and it also includes an insert which is the back cover of the regular release.,see pictures below. Extremely Rare!! A Real Nice Piece of Collection for any David Bowie completists!!!
Jacket is in excellent condtion with just mild wear.
Disc is Vg++, surface keeps its nice gloss and shows lite thin hairlines & sleeve scuffs, plays really fine. Insert has some writings by the track listing and a tear off on dead space.
