No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration unless otherwise noted. Requests to end auctions early or for Buy It Nows will not receive responses.

What will my shipping and handling fees be?

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.

What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.

Do you send second chance offers if the winning bidder does not pay?
We do NOT send second chance offers. If you have received one for what appears to be an auction that we sold, it is NOT from us.

No, currently our system does not support combined shipping.

I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay.

You may also check out through your "My eBay" within your own account, under Items I've Won and complete the checkout. The eBay checkout will redirect you to either our secure server if paying by credit card or directly to PayPal. Another option for paying for the item is logging into this completed auction as the winner. Links will appear at the top of the auction for this purpose.
