And here's an outstanding pair of original RADIO PROGRAM ACETATE TRANSCRIPTION DISCS containing the two complete 30-minute episodes of the Commodore Productions syndicated series: "DOWN OUR WAY". No actors are identified; the series is written by Shirley Thomas and produced by Walter White.
Each disc contains half of two episodes - #20 with a story line about the singing group meeting to rehearse at Ben's home; and #21 which involves concerns about prowlers. The Mayberry-like local residents unite through songs, while fretting between offerings about local gossip and events. Homespun warmth...
These vintage 16" RADIO TRANSCRIPTION DISCS are original Commodore syndication discs, issued to radio stations and in protective sleeves.
The discs are clean and uncracked; the labels have no handwriting on them. The recordings in great condition. Unlike most syndication discs, these show very little use. The discs contain complete openings and closings; commericals were added locally.
See scans of the labels for both sides of each disc. There are no skips and no scratches.
