An original and genuine very 1st press of the iconic Made In Japan live Lp. One of the greats in my humble opinion. Matrix 1/1/1/1. A contract press as denoted by the dip in the label and stampers all at '3'. "Gramophone" text in perimeter. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover with original inners. If you want to get a feel for Purple live at the height of their powers...this is one sure fire way!
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with super clarity. It's a cracking little copy. Even into the mega fussy spots... . Amazing insight into the mix - THE ORIGINAL PECKHAM CUT. The beak-out in Strange Kinda Woman is just amazing.. Not only is this a great live album but they did a fantastic job of capturing every last nuance. Superb. 
Cover (Vg+) Surfaces are very good just a bit of record impression on front. Given the aesthetic not that noticeable really. Interior looks great. Minimal edge wear and firm openings. Spine 80% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
