Description

Here is one that is great and also is scarce. The Dinwiddie Colored 
Quartet sings unaccompanied "Gabriel's Trumpet" on single-sided 
78rpm Grand Prize label Victor 1725. Super vocal harmony!
The Dinwiddie Qt. is considered by most historians to be the first 
black vocal quartet to record on disc. They did 6 sides for the Victor 
Talking Machine in October 1902.

The record is in E- to V+ condition.
