This Is Promo Label Issue, Japanese Word "Sample" "Not for Sale" and Release Date "25 May" are Printed on The Labels of Side 3 and 4, Japanese Word "Sample" Stamp Is on The Label of Side 1,  It Has A Numbered Sample Sticker on Back Sleeve.

Disc are EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Tear, No Bottom Split).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
