This record comes from the personal collection of Rockabilly artist Ray Hudson. Ray was a Disc Jockey on Country Radio in Kansas for many years. He and his band 'The Western Rhythmaires' toured the country and performed for years. Some of his recordings are highly collectable. Ray is now going to part with a large portion of his vast record collection, and it is his sincere desire that the people who end up with them are true music lovers who appreciate and enjoy them as much as he has over the last 50 + years. Many of the records I will be listing have never been played, but some have been scuffed up in storage, and moving boxes. There are many pormotional and DJ Copies as well as many unknown artists. I will ry to do justice to this wonderful collection with accurate descriptions and information as I list them.
I have been fortunate enough to meet with Ray several times in the past few weeks, and it is a pure joy to hear his stories of tours and Disc Jockey Conventions, and to see and read the personal notes from many super stars.
