Hippopotamus HLP-97202 (Canada) Stereo

 

This Montreal power trio recorded this, their only LP, in Quebec City late in 1975.   Strong Hendrix-styled guitar riffs with their own original funky vibes.

* Also features little-known Montreal femme-psych singer Lorri Zimmerman (Munks, Life, Toulouse) and Mary-Lou Gauthier (Toulouse)....both providing some interesting backup vocals....as well as Roger Gravel (keyboards, synths)
