Description

Here is a superb vintage Beatles Lp album from my collection offered up for auction: An original 1st press 1967 LP album by THE BEATLES "Magical Mystery Tour", SUPERB LP, in very well cared for condition!! This is an original first pressing from 1967 on Capitol records SMAL-2835 Stereo. This 1st pressing also contains the ORIGINAL COLOR PHOTO CARTOON BOOKLET! The booklet contains all color photos and lyrics too! The record grades EX, close to NEAR MINT, is clean and super glossy, only has a few very light marks, nothing heavy, looks minimally played, has been very well cared for! Has been PLAY TESTED, and both sides play with excellent sound quality, overall quiet with minimal surface noise, no skips, no jumps, a very enjoyable listen! The hand-etched dead wax matrix reads: side one: SMAL-1-2835-B4: 3 (stamped) and a tiny sun symbol. Side two (label reads side 1): SMAL-2-2835-A.1. a sideways stamped 1 and a tiny sun symbol. The gatefold jacket rates VG+, color is still vibrant inside and out, is clean, all edges solid, binder edge EX and readable, no tape, no stains, no signatures or writing, has small corner bumps/wear, white has slight age discoloration near edges (see photos). The inside gatefold is clean, the 24 page color booklet has only light wear, all pages are attached together, the entire booklet has been re-attached at the staples (glued, unnoticeable), small tear in page at bottom staple, gatefold slick has center split. Rear cover is still great shape with only faint ring wear! Includes vintage white inner sleeve. THERE IS NO RESERVE PRICE!
