Description

Here is a vintage "box set" album from my collection, offered up for sale: George Harrison's 1971 album, "Concert For Bangladesh", featuring George and Ringo of The Beatles with friends Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones' Mick and Keith, Leon Russell, Bob Dylan, Klaus Voormann, Ravi Shankar and more!! This is a THREE record set, deadwax has the acclaimed "STERLING" mastering stamps! Released in 1971 by Apple Records STCX 3385, this is a first pressing and still has booklet insert. The records rate EX, are glossy and clean, all have only a bit of sleeve wear and a few light marks, a few spots of loss in gloss, nothing heavy, all three have been very well cared for! PLAY TESTED, all three play great from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear sound, minimal surface noise, a VERY enjoyable listen! The custom labels are in EX condition, clean, bright color, no signatures, no stickers! The textured paper box cover rates EX, is clean, has deep color, edges show minimal wear, top section of box has had corner splits neatly repaired with glue (recommend to keep heavy booklet outside cover during storage), bottom section of box has no splits, text on binder edge EX and readable, no tape, back has very light linear mark (not scratched), no stains, no signatures or writing, has been very well cared for! (see all photos) Includes the original textured paper custom inner sleeves in EX condition, clean! The heavy weight booklet is also in EX condition, clean!
