Description

The Beatles
A Hard Day's Night
1st DANISH Press
EX!

Have a listen to a song from this album:

This Lp was released on the 10th July 1964. The 45rpm was released in April and at that time the Beatles' film had yet to get a title and as the story goes, Ringo emerged from a long days work saying "It's been a hard day," then seeing it was already dark added " 's night." This was then announced to the press as the title on the 17th of April. Ringo may have seen this phrase before in Lennons book "Sad Michael."
Holding a number 1 postition for a huge 21 weeks, from July the 25th!!!
This is also the ONLY Beatles album to have every track written by Lennon/McCartney.

This rare beauty up for auction is the very 1st pressing in Denmark!..RARE...

Vinyl:
HEAVY 182g!
EX! Lovely heavy vinyl with a gorgeous sheen. There are just superficial light marks, with sound reproduction being superb!
I have just listened to the whole album and didn't find any less enjoyment in playback, just a little bit of occasional background crackle in the quieter sections-run in and out..that's it really...Even this will be easilt cleared up with a gentle professional clean as it is mainly just dust!
 Very nice indeed.
Flat Flat, FLAT!
Shiny too
HEAVY
(Very hard to find this RARE pressing in this condition)

Labels: EX+. Lovely and clear. Just 4 or 5 light spindle marks  visible Oonly when angled towards bright light, with hardly any central hole wear...Please see the detailed pictures.
"SKANDINAVISK ODEON AKTIESELSKAB"
Both sides carry the early indentation to the labels.
BLOCK PARLOPHONE (Not the 2nd pressing caps lettering)
GORGEOUS
Very displayable (after playing-of course!)

Cover: EX+!! Solid, mid-sized mono in top right corner. Shiny front cover...With only small fingers of spidering to the front laminted cover and a insignificant indentation of where a name used to be.
Still has a glorious white card backing.
STRONG CORNERS
The EJ DAY flipbacks are in wonderfully strong, NEAR MINT condition.
STRONG, UNCRUSHED & LEGIBLE spine.
NO rips or tears!!

*A TOP COPY*

THE BEST I HAVE SEEN

Inner: EX+!! ORIGINAL 'Use Emitex' Inner-Poly-lined, which has certainly done her job in keeping the record in a very nice condition...Just some light creasing.
Carries the "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" text-showing how early it is.
MAGICAL !!

A VERY NICE EXAMPLE OF AN EXCELLENT RARE RECORD
SOUNDS GREAT
LOOKS GREAT
IS GREAT!
