Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1964 Gold Standard Series single Wooden Heart / Blue Christmas released in the USA.
The record itself (447-0720 Dog On Top ) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
There are some visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though).
The labels have a non sticky label residue on one side but have NO WRITING!.
The picture sleeve is much sought after and is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition.
This sleeve is 51 years old and has NO SPLITS,RIPS ,TEARS or WRITING!(see photos)
The only things that stop this from grading higher is ringwear/creases and some speckling/slight discolouration.(see photos)
THIS REALLY IS QUITE A RARITY and A HARD ONE TO FIND!!
Overall 2 years ago this was still valued at $60+(£40) , so i guess it must now be at least £42.
I will start this at under A HALF OF THAT!!!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE, you will get a GREAT bargain.
