Produced by Joe Boyd and Tod Lloyd, and engineered by John Wood, this psych / folk masterpiece is widely regarded to be one of the very best albums of its genre. It rarely surfaces, particularly in such fine condition as this copy. The vinyl retains an excellent sheen with just a few very light superficial surface marks and a few small, light hairline scratches - see descriptions below. Both labels are near pristine, with some light spindle marks around the centre hole. The cover too is in great shape. Visually this is a beautifully presented copy, with more than satisfactory sound quality - it would no doubt benefit from a deep clean to further improve the sound.

A-side: There is a very small / small amount of intermittent background surface noise with some tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional slightly more prominent one. In addition there are clicks ranging from small to smallish-to-moderate for approximately 30 seconds of Track 2, and approximately twelve prominent clicks during Track 4. Grade - VG to EX- but mostly VG+

B-side: There is a very small / small amount of intermittent background surface noise with some tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional slightly more prominent one. In addition there are approximately eight smallish-to-moderate clicks during the quiet part of Track 3. Grade - VG to EX- but mostly VG+/EX-

Labels: Both labels are near pristine (see scans).

Sleeve: There is just a tiny amount of bumping to the bottom edge and bottom right corner. The laminate, which shows only light clouding, remains tight with a little lifting along a narrow section of the front left edge and rear top-right corner. There are a few crease lines in the laminate in the central section of the opening edge - the edge itself remains nice and tight, with only very slight bumping.

POSTAGE

For reasons known only to themselves, eBay has decided to change the rules so that postage and packing costs for the UK only are included in the listed / selling price. Therefore this cost (£2 for 7" and £2.50 for 12" / LPs) has been built into the start price of all items. European buyers will have to pay an additional 50p, while buyers from the Rest of the World will pay an additional £1. In real terms, all our prices remain exactly the same.

We do still offer a reduction in postal charges for multiple purchases. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting for items sent, but cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, so please contact the vendor if insurance is required.

INSURANCE

Insurance for UK buyers can still be taken, but a separate invoice will have to be made to cover the additional cost. Insurance charges for the Rest of the World will be added on the invoice, as per usual.
