Description
CHRISTIAN FERRAS violin
BRUCH Concerto no1 in G minor ; LALO Symphonie Espagnole ; PHILHARMONIA ORCHESTRA Walter Susskind.
HMV ASD 314 (white/gold), made in UK
Vinyl has some surface marking on outer part of one side caused by reaction to plastic sleeve (I assume, though it doesn't clean off), and a few surface marks on the other side. However, there were no clicks or sound problems I could hear. Some spindle wear, light surface noise.
Cover has lost some lamination on leading edge, lamination peeling from top edge on back. Some age discolouring.

On Nov-10-04 at 22:38:34 PST, seller added the following information:
Due to a mistake in my notes (made a year ago) I failed to list the following:
The wavy surface marking on side 1 causes no sound problems. However the two small scratches on Side 2 do cause clicks, both lasting around 20 seconds. The first is medium level, the second softer clicks.
The lamination missing on the leading edge of front cover (a segment has peeled off) extends in a curve reaching inwards about 5cm at its peak.
Sorry about this mistake! Some notes had gone missing.
