Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Beatles, Rolling Stones and some progressive records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. pressing of Fleetwood Mac – The Pious Bird of Good Omen on the Blue Horizon label, cat. no. S 7-63215.
The record is in Near to Mint condition, there are a few non – sounding hairlines only. The labels are in Near to Mint condition as well, I haven’t found any spindle marks.
The cover is in Near to Mint condition, there are two very tiny crinkles along the spine only, it really looks brand new! The record comes with an original plain white “Made in England” inner sleeve, which is in EX condition. There are only a couple crinkles and some light age browning.
This is a very rare Fleetwood Mac album on the Blue Horizon label, especially in this Near to Mint condition. Most original pressings have a lot of wear, but amazingly this copy has survived and is in absolute shop condition. Just how many are left? This copy never needs upgrading and is a real addition in any Fleetwood Mac and / or Blue Horizon. I don’t think you can find an even better copy! Happy Bidding!
