Description
This is part of a large auction featuring R&B, doo-wop and blues singles from several small independent labels of the 1950's/early 60's.
Here's the info on this item:
Release: Tarheel Slim & Little Ann
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1959
Notes: Rare white label promo first pressing on the small Fire label. This one has black print instead of red. The second single released by this duo. A slow blues track with a some great reverb guitar. Leans a little more toward soul than some of their other stuff. Again, really great music on this one.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, Vinyl itself is in great shape with basically no wear. It plays well and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, hardly any background noise at all. Labels are clean and nice with no scuffing or tears, but does have a small colored pencil X . Top notch copy overall.
Sleeve Condition: VG, outer sleeve is blank, but I believe original. Has some minor wrinkling. No tears/splits/writing.
All records I sell have been personally cleaned and play tested. Check back in late-January for a rock 'n roll/rockabilly auction and a very cool selection of 78's after that.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
