Description
This record is the genuine original Soundhouse tapes 7" vinyl which I bought from an Iron Maiden concert at Great Grimsby Central Hall on the 5 Feb 1980. It was the only vinyl that I remember being sold amongst all the other band memorabilia being sold and I was persuaded that it was the last one left, so I bought it. I cannot explain why the vinyl was sold at the gig as I believe they were ordered by post. Unfortunately, Paul Di'anno was unable to perform that night and one of the guitarists sang the vocals which he did extremely well from what I remember. The band promised during the performance to return as soon as they could with the full band and they were true to their word with a second visit on the 10 April were Paul Di'anno did sing. I was 15 years old at the time and count myself very lucky to make it to both performances!
Selling the record due to recent redundancy. Hopefully, someone will enjoy listening and owning this little bit of history....
