Cover is VG++ :some ring wear, but nothing major.
This is a 1983 live recording at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and features Thuston Moore and Lee Renaldo (founding members of Sonic Youth, in one of their earliest recordings!) as well as Barbara Ess and Michael Gira, among others.

Branca is a noise-rock symphonic composer influenced by minimalists La Monte Young, Terry Riley, Philip Glass, and Steve Reich; he founded the bands Theoretical Girls and the Static, became an early mentor to rock groups Sonic Youth, Helmet, and the Swans, and experimented with microtonal composition in the tradition of John Eaton, Tony Conrad, and Harry Partch. This album will be of interest to fans of other experimental guitarists like Fred Frith, Henry Kaiser, Derek Bailey, and Sonny Sharrock.
