GREENSLADE Spyglass Guest Vertigo (Italy) 6370 111 A
Up for auction is an OG Italian press (1974) of Greenslade's fantastic 3rd lp, "Spyglass Guest". Great compositions and playing on this keyboard dominated prog lp. Features "Joie De Vivre" and Jack Bruce's "Theme for an Imaginary Western". The combination of Dave Greenslade and Dave Lawson (with this particular rhythm section) and the third Dave (Clem Clemson) guesting on guitar made this lp perhaps their best.
DEAD WAX INFO: Side 1 has 6370111 1 1 520 1975 and 14 2 all stamped into the dead wax. Side 2 has 6370111 2 1 520 1975 and 14 2 all stamped into the dead wax. Original Italian Vertigo press with Swirl labels (circa 1974).
VINYL PLAY GRADE: NM at best with GREAT fidelity. Plays pretty much without noise.
COVER VISUAL: VG with general wear on this rather delicate original single-sleeve issue. Spine is readable (just ok), and seams show wear. Small tear top rear right where sticker pull occurred. Some corner wear/creasing as well. Not great - but ok.
Comes with original heavy stock printed black & white photo/lyric inner (which has split seams and minor corner dings but otherwise is pretty nice - and RARE - see photos). DETAILS ON SELLER AND SHIPPING

Play grade is done on a Thorens TD 165 through Yamaha amplification and JBL reference headphones (treble set high so there will be no surprises when you get the item).
ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH PROPER MAILERS AND EXTRA PADDING, PARTICULARLY AT THE CORNERS. I HAVE MADE FAR TOO MANY PURCHASES ON EBAY WHERE THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED WITH DINGED CORNERS DUE TO INADEQUATE PACKAGING MATERIAL. BY USING FOLDED BUBBLE WRAP IN ALL FOUR CORNERS, YOU CAN BE ASSURED OF AN ITEM WITHOUT DINGED CORNERS (OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND FOR THAT MATTER). Non-tracked shipping throughout the U.S.A will be $13 CANADIAN per item, as will tracked shipping within Canada. Tracked shipping to the U.S.A. will be $16 CANADIAN for items under 500g, and slightly more for items over 500g. Most single sleeve items can be shipped as under 500g. Gatefolds and multi-sets will be over 500g.
Being a reasonable person, I will be absorbing ALL of the shipping material cost, and some of the actual postage cost.

I do offer full refunds (excluding cost to get it back to me), on any item that is not satisfactory. IF ANYONE OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA IS CRAZY INTERESTED IN ANY ITEM, I WILL QUOTE SHIPPING ON REQUEST.
